DECC have confirmed that the new amended Energy Company Obligation legislation has been laid before Parliament and is expected to come into effect in November 2014.
The new ECO legislation follows the consultation which took place earlier in 2014 and includes a series of changes including;
- New HHCRO, CSCO and CERO targets from 2015 to 2017
- Warranty clarification
- Additional eligible ECO measures
- Increased scoring for off gas areas
