A series of new appointments at Compliance365 means that more than half of the employees here are under the age of 25. Currently, the workforce includes apprentices, former apprentices, graduates and students undertaking year-long work placements.
Recent appointments include Adnan Goraya, a graduate from Leeds Metropolitan University with MSc in Information and Technology, who join us as a software developer.
Meanwhile, Patrice Callan and Steve Booth both studying for a BSc in Computing have joined the company on a year long internship where they develop their skills in IT and Customer Services.
Other new appointments include Amy Williams who joins us as Assistant Operations Co-ordinator whilst she undertakes an apprenticeship in customer services, and Sophie Hodgson who starts as Accounts Assistant in her first job.
